How does it all work?

  • We prepare a price quote based on your query.
  • We issue an advance invoice for the whole amount after you aprove the price quote. In order to process the order and to issue an invoice, we will need the following info: billing information (in case of an individual customer: a name and an address), delivery address (if different from the billing address), a contact person including a telephone number and an e-mail address for the courier company.
  • In order to get into production, we will need the following production info.
  • We process the order to the production once we recieve the payment.
  • Delivery time depends on the nature of the goods and services ordered.

Yes. Minimum order quantity is 30 pcs.

We offer textile of all well-known and lesser-known promo brands. Check out our wide range of textiles. In our unique online textile catalogue you can easily find a particular textile item or choose from a variety of textile categories. Besides the common screenprinting and GOTS certified printing we also offer lots of different screenprinting special effects, digital printing, sublimation printing, embroidery as well as textile customisation.

We provide branding (print on, embroider, customize) on textile of all kinds - T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, underwear, sweatshirts, tracksuits, leggings, jackets, windbreakers, raincoats, bags, backpacks, socks, caps, beanies, towels, flip flops, wallets, potholders, sleeping masks, pillows, patches and fabric pieces.
We do not provide branding on other materials such as wood, paper, glass or plastic.
Unfortunately, we do not provide branding on textile cloth rolls either.

Yes, it is possible to just order the branding. The minimum order quantity for branding your own textile is 50 pcs. However, before we test the textile for branding, we are unable to confirm the possibility of branding your textile in advance. Therefore, please note an addition of a few pieces of textile is needed so we can test the textile for branding. Every textile is different and even two 100% cotton T-shirts do not necessarily have to behave in the same way during the printing.

When you supply your own textile, which we also offer and distribute, we charge 0,40 EUR/pc fee on the price of printing

Textile needs to be delivered to MERCHYOU (personally or sent by courier) at your own cost.

Textile needs to be assorted according to planned design application in boxes with a list of items delivered to us so that it is easy to identify which design is applied to the particular textile item. If the textile is not labeled enough, we will have to charge a handling fee for sorting and preparing the textile at a cost reasonably reflecting the handling complexity. We will notify you of this cost after reviewing the received textile.

Unfortunately, due to the new tax regulations, we cannot accept an order for the printing of your our own (customer-supplied) textile from a non-corporate customer (has no VAT number).

Yes! Besides a variety of branding options we also offer textile custumisation or as we like to call it - a final touch. We offer printed, woven or satin labels, custom hang tags, single piece packaging as well as unique EAN code application.

Since the beginnings of MERCHYOU, we exclusively use eco-friendly inks that do not contain heavy metals or phthalates.

In addition, we are the first Slovak company, and at the same time the only Slovak and Czech printing company that offers GOTS certified printing.

Yes! We offer several eco certified brands and textile types. Our most favourite brand Stanley/Stella's products are also certified to GOTS.

Yes! As the first and only Slovak and one of the few European textile printers, we are thrilled to offer you the GOTS certified printing!

Yes, if you are a legal entity or a business person (you have a VAT number), it is possible to order a textile sample without print. Please contact us using our contact form and order the sample.

We offer a branded sample for some technologies and under specific circumstances due to the nature of the manufacturing processes. Please refer to the article 3 of our General Business Conditions for more info.

Minimum order quantity depends on the services ordered.

  • Minimum order quantity of 30 pcs per order of textile without print (blanks).
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per digitally printed design of particular print size and colour. By "design" we mean all the printings on one piece of the garment.*
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per order of sublimation printing, it is possible to print different designs within the minimum ordered quantity.
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per screen printed design of particular print size and colour in the design. By "design" we mean all the printings on one piece of the garment.*
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per screen printed design with special effect of particular print size and colour in the design. By "design" we mean all the printings on one piece of the garment.*
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per design of particular print size and colour with GOTS certified print. By "design" we mean all the printings on one piece of the garment.*
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per order of branding of your own textile.
  • Minimum order quantity of 250 pcs per all over screen printed design. 
  • Minimum order quantity of 100 pcs per order of textile with custom woven or satin label.
  • Minimum order quantity of 100 pcs per order of textile with custom hang tag.
  • Minimum order quantity of 100 pcs per order of textile with EAN code.
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per order of single packaged textile.
  • Minimum order quantity of 50 pcs per order of textile with embroidery.

* By "design" we mean all the printings/embroideries on one piece of the garment (e.g. if the t-shirt has a heart print, a back print and a sleeve print, it is necessary to order required amount of t-shirts with this particular specification).

Yes. In general, you can combine different textile sizes, styles and colours of a given type of garment. We will be happy to discuss more specific options with you based on your ideas and your design.

Final price of your order depends on quantity and nature of goods and services requested. Factors such as quantity of textile, material of textile, chosen technology of branding, size and colours of your design or customization, single piece packaging etc. affect the final price.

In case we will print or embroider your design, we will need data files in sufficient quality for production. Learn how to prepare these files.

Delivery time of your order is influenced by several factors and depends mainly on nature of ordered goods and services. 

  • Delivery of blanks takes within 5 to 7 weekdays from receiving an advance payment. 
  • Delivery of printed textile takes within 10 to 12 weekdays from receiving an advance payment.
  • Delivery of embroidered textile takes within 21-28 weekdays from receiving an advance payment.
  • Delivery of textile with another form of customisation depends on the nature of the services ordered.

The delivery times listed above are only approximate. Actual time of delivery depends on our current production possibilities which will be specified to you at the time of placing your order.

In case you need to have your order delivered sooner than listed above, do not hesitate to contact us about it. We will do our best to meet your deadline!

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided. The shipping cost is charged based on the price list of the shipping courier company and depends on the total volume of the order and the place of delivery. You will receive a shipping cost quote along with a price quote before you place your order.

Please contact the courier company with the parcel number via the contacts the courier has provided to you. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information on your shipment the fastest.

Use the information from the invoice or delivery note to complete the form. For trouble-free and fast arrangement, it is important that the Complaint form is completely and correctly filled out.
E-mail the report electronically to complaints@merchyou.com. Please, add your sales representative to the copy of your e-mail. The protocol in electronic version does not need to be signed.
Attach photos / videos of damaged goods to the e-mail attachment to make clear how many pieces of goods are damaged and what the issue is.
If you are sending the goods back to MERCHYOU, please print out a filled-out copy of the Complaint form, sign it and attach it to the goods. Carefully pack the goods to avoid further damage and send them to the address: MERCHYOU, Prešovská 45, 821 01 Bratislava 2, Slovakia.
After sending the Complaint form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the receipt of your complaint. We want your complaint to be settled as quickly as possible. Our complaint manager will contact you as soon as possible.
